BBQ Aubergine with Chilli Buttermilk & Herb Sauce
Our bbq aubergines are spicy and delightful. We love them as a summer side when we crank up the bbq. Use DYC white vinegar to make the buttermilk for the dressing!
Rocket, Pear, Walnut, & Blue Cheese Salad
Crunchy pears provide the best texture for this salad. You could also add some crispy bacon if you like.
Thai peanut sauce
This Thai peanut sauce works well with beef, lamb, fish, chicken, pork or vegetables and keeps for 7-10 days in the fridge so you can enjoy it with many dishes over the week.
Mango sauce
Making your own sauces can be a real treat but can take a while. This sauce will keep for up to two weeks in your fridge so you can enjoy it several times.
Pickled Beetroot
Pickled beetroot adds some wonderful colour and zip to your salad. The juice can also be used to make a beetroot dressing.

Potato Salad or Coleslaw Dressing
This delicious recipe will make your potato salad or coleslaw simply scrumptious. Use your favourite mustard to make this dressing. We used mild American mustard to make this potato salad with cubed potatoes, cooked peas, capers, and chopped red onion. Did you know that adding vinegar to your water when boiling […]
Avocado Dressing
This makes a thick dressing more like a thick mayonnaise to serve in dollops on a salad. If you prefer a thinner pouring dressing, thin by blending in a little water or oil. We served this dressing on salad greens mixed with fresh herbs and topped with toasted buckwheat, pumpkin […]
Asian Dressing
We served this Asian Dressing with vermicelli noodles, salad greens, spring onion greens, mint and coriander leaves and prawns. Roasted peanuts could be used as a topping if wished.
