Asian Dressing

We served this Asian Dressing with vermicelli noodles, salad greens, spring onion greens, mint and coriander leaves and prawns. Roasted peanuts could be used as a topping if wished.

¼ cup DYC Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon fish sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon finely sliced red chilli
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar

Place the vinegar, fish and soy sauces, chilli, sesame oil and sugar in a screw top jar. Shake to combine. Use to dress vegetable, fish or meat salads. Makes about ½ cup
