Sour cream dressing

If you have some sour cream leftover, this recipe is a great way to use it up. You can use this dressing where you would normally use any mayonnaise dressing – think potato salad, coleslaws, green salads or along side some wedges. As this dressing is made with sour cream, you need to store this in the fridge and use within 5 days. The video features Pomegranate vinaigrette and the Traditional Kiwi Dressing.

60 ml (1/4 cup) sour cream
30 ml (2 Tbsp) DYC white wine vinegar
40 ml (2 Tbsp & 2 tsps) extra virgin olive oil
10 ml (2 tsp) Dijon mustard
1 clove of garlic crushed
Salt and pepper

1
Place the sour cream in a small bowl and stir to remove any lumps.
2
Add the remainder of the ingredients and stir to combine.
3
Taste and adjust the seasonings.
4
Store in the fridge and use within 5 days.
