Traditional Condensed Milk Salad Dressing

The traditional Kiwi salad dressing is a kiwi favourite with sweetened condensed milk and vinegar. Double the recipe if you want to use the whole tin of sweetened condensed milk. Tip: Mixing the dry mustard into a small amount of the condensed milk before adding the other ingredients makes it easier to remove any small lumps. Video features two other dressing recipes: Pomegranate vinaigrette and Sour Cream dressing.

½ tin condensed milk
½ tsp salt
½ cup DYC Malt Vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard

Place all ingredients in a bowl and beat well.
Allow to stand for a few minutes until mixture thickens.
Keep refrigerated & use within 5 days.
