Cleaning your range hood

If your rangehood filters are looking a bit grimy try this natural cleaner solution using DYC White Vinegar. Clean the outside of your range hood with DYC multi purpose cleaner.

1/4 Cup DYC White Vinegar
1/2 Cup Baking Soda

Remove filters from rangehood, taking note on how they came out!
Place on a suitable surface that will cope with the cleaning mixture seeping through. A foil tray, oven slide or cardboard are all suitable.
Place ½ cup baking soda in a large bowl or jug.
Slowly add ¼ cup DYC White Vinegar a little at a time waiting for foaming to subside before adding more.
Mix to a paste and spread over the side of the filter that has been facing to the outside.
Leave for ½ to 1 hour before rinsing off with hot water.
Shake off excess water and leave to dry before replacing in rangehood.
To clean the rest of your rangehood, wipe inside and outside with multipurpose cleaner.
