Delicious Vegan Mayonnaise

This vegan mayonnaise recipe is easy, delicious and nutritious & is keto friendly! Made from avocado and (aquafaba – brine from tinned chickpeas) and DYC white wine vinegar, this vegan friendly mayonnaise will take your salad, sandwich or wrap to the next level!  We use it as an amazing hero dip on an appetiser platter with vegetable sticks and chips!


1 cup extra virgin avocado oil
1/4 cup of chickpea water (aquafaba) (brine from tinned chickpeas)
1 tsp DYC white wine vinegar
1 tsp mustard
1 avocado
Salt and pepper

1. Place all ingredients in a small food processor except for avocado and seasoning. Blend until creamy.
2. Add avocado flesh and process until smooth. Season to taste.
3. Serve as a dip or enjoy as a dressing.
