Choose eggs that are small and fresh for best results.

Bring a deep pan of water to the boil.

Add 1 tablespoon of DYC White Vinegar to the water.

Reduce the temperature so the water is simmering.

Break the egg into the simmering water.

The water should cover the egg.

Cook for 3 – 4 minutes or until cooked to your preference.

Use a slotted fish slice or flat slotted spoon to remove from the water.

Drain using a paper towel to absorb as much water as possible.

Serve as wished.
