Healthy Tuna Sandwich

Tuna Sandwich

185g can tuna in spring water
2 tablespoons DYC Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
ΒΌ cup finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
Bread slices

Drain the tuna and place in a bowl.
Mix in the vinegar, oil, rind, celery and parsley until combined.
Use as a sandwich filling or topping. Makes about 1 cup
