DYC Salad Dressing

A versatile dressing that is delicious over warm and cold salads, or try pouring it over crispy baked potatoes. Makes 1 ¼ cups of DYC Salad Dressing

¼ cup sugar
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp mustard
1 beaten egg
½ cup water
¼ cup DYC White Vinegar
¼ cup sour cream
½ teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients (except sour cream and salt) in a small pan and stir constantly over a low heat until thickened.
Once cool stir in ¼ cup sour cream and ½ tsp salt.
