Dijon vinaigrette dressing
A great dressing to have on hand!¼ cup DYC apple cider vinegar
¼ cup Olivado extra virgin avocado oil
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp runny honey, or to taste
Salt, to taste

Whisk all ingredients together in a small jug or bowl until well combined. Add water to your desired consistency. Season to taste with salt.
