Keeping Christmas Ham fresh
Got left over ham this Christmas? Here is how to keep your ham fresh and moist.
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon DYC White Vinegar
- 1 Cup Water

Rinse a ham bag or large, clean tea towel with a mixture of 1 cup of water and 1 tablespoon DYC White Vinegar.

Squeeze any excess liquid from the bag or tea towel.

Place the ham in the bag or wrap in the tea towel to completely enclose.

Rinse out the ham bag or tea towel every 2 - 3 days and repeat the vinegar and water rinse to retain freshness and moisture.
