1. Promoter
  1. The promoter of this Promotion is Wilson Consumer Products Limited, 26-28 Hobson Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand (“Promoter”).
  2. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. Eligibility
  1. Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over who reside in New Zealand.
  2. Entrants must be current members of the DYC Clever Living Club or become members during the Promotion Period. Membership is free.
  3. Directors, management, employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter and agencies associated with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
  1. The Promotion commences at 12:01am NZDT on 1 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZDT on 31 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
  2. Both the purchase of an Eligible Product and submission of an entry must occur during the Promotion Period.
4. How to Enter
  1. To enter the Promotion, an eligible entrant must during the Promotion Period:
    1. Purchase any specially marked 750ml DYC Vinegar product (“Eligible Product”); and
    2. Complete the online entry form at www.dycvinegar.co.nz and provide:
      • First Name
      • Last Name
      • Email Address
      • Phone
      • Promotional Code: 500
      • Street Address
      • Suburb
      • City
      • Postal Code
    3. Be a current member of the DYC Clever Living Club or join the DYC Clever Living Club during the entry process.
  2. Only one (1) entry per person, email address and residential address is permitted during the Promotion Period.
  3. Entries are deemed received when they are received by the Promoter.
  4. Incomplete, incorrect, illegible or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
  5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries.
5. Prize
  1. One (1) winner will be drawn from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
  2. The prize is: One (1) grocery voucher valued at NZD $500.
  3. The total prize pool value is NZD $500.
  4. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
6. Prize Draw and Notification
  1. The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
  2. The draw will take place on 19 January 2027.
  3. The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw using the email or phone number provided with their entry.
  4. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of the notification email being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
  5. The winner’s first name and town or city may be published on the DYC website and DYC social media channels.
7. Winner Verification
  1. The winner may be required to provide proof of purchase for the Eligible Product and proof of identity before the prize is awarded.
  2. The Promoter may require documentation reasonably necessary to verify the winner’s identity, age, eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
  3. If the winner does not satisfy the verification requirements, the entry may be deemed invalid and the prize forfeited.
  4. The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated New Zealand address.
  5. The winner should allow up to thirty (30) days for delivery.
8. General
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides misleading information or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
  2. If for any reason this Promotion cannot be conducted as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion, subject to applicable law.
  3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the Promotion or the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  4. Any tax liability arising from receipt of the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.
  5. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  6. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
  7. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
9. Personal Information
  1. Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used by the Promoter for administering the Promotion, verifying entries, contacting entrants and awarding the prize.
  2. By entering this Promotion, entrants acknowledge that their personal information will be handled in accordance with the DYC Privacy Policy.
  3. Personal information may be disclosed to the Promoter’s service providers and contractors for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
  4. Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter.
