DYC Apple Cider Vinegar is made from sun ripened New Zealand grown apples. The apples are pressed into pure clear apple juice which is then brewed and naturally fermented into Apple Cider vinegar.

Apple Cider Vinegar makes a superb base for fish dishes, sauces and salad dressings and is known to have many health benefits.

DYC Apple Cider Vinegar is naturally fermented. It is during this process that the “mother of vinegar” is formed.

At DYC we have been making vinegar since 1915. Today, DYC vinegar is still made in New Zealand from quality ingredients (we use a delicious blend of Cox’s Orange and Gala apples grown in the South Island of New Zealand).

Ingredients: Naturally fermented apple cider vinegar. Colour: Golden light brown (made from clear apple juice, not cloudy apple juice). Acetic acid content is between 4.0 – 4.2%. pH 2.6. Contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Gluten free. Made in New Zealand.
